I recently had some new tires put on by Sweet tire crew, great group of guys and did a great job for me once again! And competitive rates as well, thanks guys!
horrible service. went to get my valve stem sensor replaced with a rubber stem sensor. 15min job max. I get there after 4 hours and the guy is like "need you to look at your tire this is not going to get done today" the heck why? get back there and the sensor was locked up like they all do with age. but he took it upon himself to try and bend and break it off screwing up my rim in the process. and then he tried to make it sound like it was a tough job. after telling him I worked on tires for a long time and no this is an eas... read more
First time i went there. They changed my tire and didn't torque the bolts down. Didn't find out till we got BACK from Kentucky. Now all i needed was a valve stem changed. They had the tire for just under 4 hours. When we picked it up (because they said it would be done in about 5 minutes) the tire was NOT done. All they did was take the tire off the rim. So now sitting at Deur Speet. And find out that Sweet tire messed up my rim because they were using something, other than what was supposed to be used, to pry off the tire. ... read more
