First time at sweet thing backery & Cafe! And this place is amazing! And the cup cakes and PHENOMENAL!!! If you are in the statesville,NC area you HAVE to stop by!!
I just bought 4 cupcakes and spent $12.The cupcakes were stale and the staff was rude.I asked for help and they rolled their eyes! I will never go back and suggest if you want a good cupcake or cake then go to karens bakery. The cupcakes are only a dollar and she will make you a cake to fit your budget.I had throw the cupcakes away and I also told one of their employees. I would of thought the manager would of called me but never heard from him! Bad business! !!!
Tried the cake for the first time ever at the Statesville Bridal expo!!! Best cake I've ever put in my mouth, hands down!!
Preston and his team worked wonders for my daughters 18th birthday! The cake was beautiful and delicious!! She was so happy! Thanks guys!
First time I had ordered from Sweet Thing and it was a cake for my niece's 5th birthday. She not only loved it but so did the adults. The cake was moist and delicious plus decorated perfect!! The staff was also very friendly and helpful when I went in to pick it up!!
If you rate a bakery on their art talent, Sweet Thing wins... hands down. BUT.. it's not all about the eye candy, after all you do expect it to taste good! Let me say this on the taste of their cake..... 2 hours after the initial cake serving, 2 hours after lunch & cake & can't eat another bite..... there were people standing around what little there was left of the cake, fork in hand, pretending to not be eating more while saying it was the best cake EVER! So, thank you to those @ Sweet Thing, for once again.. a GREAT cake!... read more
