RecommendedAbsolutely love everything this company makes! They made my wedding cakes. I had one three tiered cake and then different flavored satellite cakes. Preston was so nice and he really made my vision come to life. as soon as I explained what I wanted he knew exactly what I meant! everything looked perfect for the wedding and all of my guests loved all 6 flavors. almost all the cake got gone! everyone loved it! I cant thank yall enough!

Well the owner is rude and has horrible customer service and does not hold to his word. Ruined one of my best friends wedding cake. Promised to make it up with another cake for a birthday and retracted it when she actually went for the cake. He quoted her $350 for a BIRTHDAY CAKE. it was just supposed be a simple sheet cake. Dont ever use them for special occasions or events because the owner does not know how to talk to people like a civil human!
I wouldn't ever recommend a place that charges so much for cake that the person I know didn't get. And instead of trying to make it right, does the opposite! Makes things worse and then insult the customer mother and her illness!! What business owner would do this. I do not recommend this place to anyone unless they want to get insulted and get robbed!
Horrible customer service. Rude to customers. Ruined a wedding cake and then yelled at the customer when they went back to complain. Refuses to make good on a promise they made to “make up” for their mistake. I would never recommend this place. Rude nasty bullies who think they can mock their customers when they come in to complain about the dry nasty cakes.
Well my cousin Lulablle Todd Englehart had her wedding cake made by here and it wasn’t a very good cake in the first place then I find out that he being rude when he said that he would honor his mistake and yes people can get confused and I think that’s what happened but still she paid 325 for a pain not very good cake and she didn’t mind because he told her he would make it up to her with her sons first birthday cake and now his saying that he did say that and I’m sorry I believe my cousin over him and she also informed me ... read more
Rude staff, dry over priced cake, ruined my sisters wedding day. don't waste your time and money here.
I was a groomsman for a wedding back in August, the bride was distraught that this business messed up her cake that she paid a lot of money for. She said she would be reimbursed, but they went back on their word. The cake was dry, the bride was upset, and the money was wasted. This business seems to be operated by a bunch of crooks because they also blocked the bride from making posts because they only want their customer to see the GOOD things about their business.
