Have been ordering different things from the menu since April and everything is always perfect and so delicious. The calling to order and picking up is always a breeze. So happy to have found this place

Customer Service was awful. I drive from Frankfort and they were not willing to assist me with placing an ordering. Clearly they didnt want my business.
First time experience. Called to make sure they were open, was told it’s carry out, menu is on the internet, and we have to place our order and pay by phone. So I told her I would call her back. So once we got there, we tried calling to place an order. Finally got through after trying to call for 15 Minutes. Then when we get through, we are put on hold for 5 more minutes, when she answers, we are told we should have ordered before arriving and that it will be 15-20 minutes before she could get to us. Sweet Surrender made a gluten free caramel cheesecake for our 10th wedding anniversary - it was AMAZING! The whole family loved it! We will definitely order again!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH DANIELLE. The hot chocolate is amazing, the cakes are supple and moist ( just like I prefer) and the pastries are fresh and flakey! 10/10 recommend for birthdays/parties or if you just want to indulge!
