Waking up to no heat after major snowstorm is very upsetting. Called 3 other companies with no answers or promises for service a week later. Found and called Sweet Spot in the afternoon, Robb answered right away and set appt for service. They arrived on time and were very thorough. Most of all Robb and Bob were very honest with the findings. I can not thank you enough and will definitely refer you to all my friends....Carol Ann
