I have not really gone to a dentist for about 10 years as my regular dentist retired. I realized that I should go and get a cleaning. Crown came off, and she came to the office and cemented it even though the office was not open that day.
RecommendedDr. Song and her staff are AWESOME! I have visited a lot of dentists in my 49 years, Sweet Smiles is by far the best. Appointments are made at a convenient time for me. Dr. Song does her own cleaning, so you do not have to wait for the doctor to check the hygienist’s work. Always through and fast. I just relocated out if state for work, but I look forward to going back to Sweet Smiles for my next cleaning. Yes, I like them that much and they will make it easy for me to get in and out.
I had a few cavities filled, but they said they mixed the filling up wrong (too soupy). They did not mix a new batch, just put the sub-optimal mix in. I brush my teeth twice a day and it seems her work only weakened my teeth. Badly chipping a tooth she worked on just a few months later.
She is very thorough and willing to spend time to explain to me about my teeth. She is one of the best dentist.
I searched her online. There were so many dental offices in danbury but i was looking for a private practice. I didn't want to go to those cooperate offices which advertised all the time. She was the one who i exactly was looking for. Professional but caring. I really felt comfortable and built a secure relationship with her and her practice. Highly recommend her.
The dentist has a very unprofessional demeanor and I didn't trust that the work she recommended was really necessary. In fact, when I got a second opinion, I found out the two crowns she suggested were not necessary. I would find another dentist if you are looking.
She is very accomodating! It was easy to schedule a visit with no wait time and I was impressed with her professionalism. She is personable who would spend undivided attention to her patients and I was so happy to finally have found the best dentist in the area. Definitely going back! Thank you Dr. Song!
Getting a root canal here was one of the worst decisions of my adult life. After getting the root canal and crown, the first crown didn't fit correctly at all and Dr.Song actually had to keep adjusting the bite on it until she drilled a hole through it. I eventually got a crown that fit a couple weeks later but still had a lot of discomfort and pain. Then it got worse and now I have been living the past few months in pain, even drinking water is incredibly painful. Of course my insurance maxed
