So i only got a manicure but since I entered this woman was so nice to me and treating me like her daughter and gave me compliments. She gave me massage too. Im still here while writing this bc she genuinely made my day.
So, I called today. SAM sold the business. The man that answered said that Sam is no longer there, I asked for Sam’s wife and she is not there either. I was so confused. I asked for a few of the workers, Angela (he said she quit), Joe (he said he quit). I’m kinda in shock that after so many years of owning this salon, Sam sold it and left.
What a mess - this place is a factory. I had an appt and the woman giving me a pedicure sold me on the spa pedicure so while I thought it would be a nice experience not knowing she wasn’t doing my powder dip manicure the technician set to do my manicure took another elaborate manicure a few minutes before my pedicure ended and I was left sitting there for 30 minutes. Worst pedicure ever The tech who did my pedicure did a terrible job. I just wanted a pedicure, not the other packages, but she barely soaked my feet for like 5 seconds and then hardly cleaned my nails. They still looked dirty, but she just cut them and didn't even shape them well. She just went around the calluses so fast (I usually get tickled by this, so it's a fun part of the pedicure for me, but this time I felt nothing).
