We visited on 2/7/26 for my daughter’s birthday Princess Makeover experience with four friends. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and felt rushed and chaotic, as it seemed too many appointments were booked at the same time. Services we hoped to add were declined due to time constraints, and the overall experience felt impersonal compared to a prior visit that led us to book. Stylist was very awkward. I showed her some what we wanted done and it’s not what we asked for. Asked her to redo and make tighter curls because they were basically non existent before we were even leaving. And although she tried she didn’t really seem to have much experience with a curling iron. Very disappointed
