Sadly we were very disappointed in this experience. Booked the Mermaid makeover for my granddaughter and paid extra for additional makeup. It was supposed to be a 40 minute experience, we were in and out in 20. The facial consisted of putting cream on her face with a washcloth sitting on her face while her toes were polished. She looked so uncomfortable, the girl who did the makeover did not put an additional pillow behind her or try in any way to make her comfortable. Everyone was very sweet and good with kids but the haircut was awful. So incredibly uneven. My daughter’s first haircut and it looks like she gave it to herself. Shorter than hoped for to begin with and once it dried at home there were so many different lengths I had to fix it myself before we could go out anywhere. So disappointing as I used to take my other girls here for every cut when they were little. They probably do cute little girls updos, braids, buns etc. and put on fun parties but avoid for cuts!
