The party was started 20 minutes late. The manager was rude on multiple occasions and rushed us into the cake room because another party was starting even though the late start was the fault of the store because they party in front of us was running late. We were told that gratuity of 20%, 25% or 30% was REQUIRED although in the contract it stated gratuity was only required for the spatacular party which we didn’t have.
