I would love to give this place a 5! Clean location, friendly staff. HOWEVER. My daughter and her 2 friends were supposed to have a “spa” day. Due to an issue in booking we were squeezed in, everything was rushed and the birthday parties (understandably so) were the priority. The staff very nice but this place is run down and dirty. Prices are fair. My daughter was happy but I am so glad I didn't do a party. Not enough staff, one worker had to do my child and her friend so one of the kids was always waiting instead of enjoying it together as I asked for and said I would pay more was told no worries and we didn't get that. Also the braids were not done neatly so her hair was already coming undone before we even left, as she was going fast to get to her friend. Every shelf of goods was almost empty... read more
I took my daughter with her friend yesterday to the Cherry Hill location. They got their hair braided and sparkled with glitter, a facial, and make-up application. The entire staff was wonderful! They pampered our girls as they were super kind, friendly, and patient. We’ll definitely go back for more beauty and fun
When I went, it was not very good and it took an 80 minute wait and there’s no one inside to assist us, but I loved the shampoo because it just gave me a beautiful love of it. The smell was good but the person who did mine it literally just took one minute on everything and didn’t even do my hair. I asked for layers and she didn’t even give me a layer.
