We visited the 16th St shop in Phoenix. All three of us agreed - they were the best Pecan Turtles we've ever had! I wish we lived in Phoenix, if only to have such delicious ice cream in our neighborhood. Plus, both employees that night were amazingly friendly and helpful. They even encouraged us to sample the flavors before we made a commitment! Excellent service, excellent ice cream. 10 stars, if I could...... <3
