Sweet Regards is a total scam. They charged us $400 for a fake cake, and what they delivered was a fake cake made of styrofoam. Who does that? We were left cutting a fake cake in front of our guests, completely humiliated. When we confronted them, they lied and said “that’s how they deliver their cakes” instead of taking responsibility or refunding our money. Let’s be clear: this is theft. Do not buy from them—they scam their clients. I have ordered from this bakery for years, and not even as a loyal customer did she do the right thing and give the money back. We paid for a FULL, 2-tier communion cake, and they gave us a decorated piece of styrofoam. It was beyond embarrassing to be cutting a fake cake in front of our guests. I had a terrible experience working with Daniella, she was very unprofessional, tempermental and hard to communicate with thorughout the whole process. I booked her to do my wedding cake - which was supposed to be just slabs of cake - but she sent the wrong size and shape of slabs and there wasnt enough cake for the kitchen to serve all our guests! Wow Paola, I wish I could tag you. Complete highway robbery. After TWO weeks of not hearing from her, she had the audacity to send me an email telling me that my reviews were hurting her business, and said that she hired two new girls who didn't pull through the day of my son's confirmation...same excuse and lies as what she told you. Yet, she still has not offered the refund of my deposit. Like you, I would NEVER want a credit because I would never trust her. Others do need to be aware.
