Worst experience dealing with Daniella. Very rude and unprofessional
This was, by far, the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. I have two sons who have each celebrated three major sacraments, and never before have I encountered such poor service and craftsmanship as I did with Sweet Regards. I’ll attach the inspiration photo I provided and the “cake” I received — which arrived three hours late, unfinished, and completely unrecognizable. Sweet Regards is a total scam. They charged us $400 for a fake cake, and what they delivered was a fake cake made of styrofoam. Who does that? We were left cutting a fake cake in front of our guests, completely humiliated. When we confronted them, they lied and said “that’s how they deliver their cakes” instead of taking responsibility or refunding our money. Let’s be clear: this is theft. Do not buy from them—they scam their clients. I have ordered from this bakery for years, and not even as a loyal customer did she do the right thing and give the money back. We paid for a FULL, 2-tier communion cake, and they gave us a decorated piece of styrofoam. It was beyond embarrassing to be cutting a fake cake in front of our guests.
