This company doesn’t even get a star. If it would let me they would get negative stars. I can’t imagine what it would be like to be a renter from them. We own a property next door to one of their homes. We have been trying to get them to sign a contract for replacing a shared fence since June 11th. Call after call after call. Email after email. I strongly urge applicants to be very cautious. They have been known for taking money and not actually going through the process of checking references and running credit. This company will instead look you up on ******.org and base their decisions on that or if they just dont like you they willl take your money and then tell you the next day you are denied.
We rented from sweets property for 1 year , when it came to get are deposit back they shorted us over $300 . Bob the owner came over to look to do a check up before we left said everything looks great . Just needed to sweep the floors before we left which we need .when we got the break down list of what they charge us for WOW just made up stuff to keep some of are deposit. If you ever use these guys you will never get all your deposit back
The thing that impressed me about the rental process with these people was their knowledge of the Modesto area. Each community really does have its own vibes, energies and quirks. The marketing person knew much about this town and so when I aked "what do you thing about this neighborhood" she was able to tell me with certainty. I liked that and it is ultimately why I chose to put in an application with these people even though there were others to choose from.
The onsite managers have been really great at managing the complex. Any issues that have come up, we have always been addressed quickly and professionally.
It nice to know that every time we have a problem they are only a phone call away and it is nice to know that we can count on them for any maintenance issue we might have they always fix everything right away.

When we had When we had an A/C problem last year they immediately got us a contractor to call us back that same day and come out immediately to take care of the problem.
