First cake we ordered was so beautiful and great tasting reviews from our guest at a large baby shower were phenomenal. This was buttercream cake with beautiful buttercream flowers on the sides and top of the cake. So VERY DISAPPOINTING picking up our second cake. It looked as if they forgot the flowers, then just used pipping to put them on. Was told by the owner cannot put buttercream on the side of the cake, but there were no flowers on the top of the cake! Absolutely AMAZING!! Sweet Perfections did our wedding cake last weekend and over exceeded what we expected. Cake was super moist and very delicious! The only negative we had was everyone ate all the cake leaving no leftovers :). Highly recommended for anyone looking!!! Thanks again!
We contracted with Sweet Perfections for our wedding. The cake itself was excellent, however before the wedding, my wife encountered rude service at the store from a female employee who was rude, snarky, and dismissive when we were only trying to get a few questions answered. You would think that for the amount of money we put forth and the fact that our family has been patronizing their business for years would have warranted a higher level of customer service. We will be taking our busines elsewhere.
