VERY Disappointed by the quality for the price I paid. I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for my mom’s birthday this week. She lives 10 hours away from my sister and I, but we wanted to do something special for her. The flowers she received were NOTHING like the bouquet that I selected on their website. The bouquet looked thrown together carelessly and the flowers were low quality. The roses especially are bruised and looked like crap. Our wedding florals were beautiful and better than we had even imagined! Michelle was great to work with and very professional.
I ordered flowers this morning for a funeral service this evening. I’ve been busy all day, it’s 5pm finally got a chance to sit down and check my emails. They sent me an email saying my order was cancelled and my money was refunded, no explanation why. I’m very disappointed and would never recommend this business.
I live in Indiana and been using this business for a few years delivering flowers to my daughter..I have always let her pick out what she thinks is the best and has yet to disappoint.
