Our wedding florals were beautiful and better than we had even imagined! Michelle was great to work with and very professional.
I ordered flowers this morning for a funeral service this evening. I’ve been busy all day, it’s 5pm finally got a chance to sit down and check my emails. They sent me an email saying my order was cancelled and my money was refunded, no explanation why. I’m very disappointed and would never recommend this business.
I live in Indiana and been using this business for a few years delivering flowers to my daughter..I have always let her pick out what she thinks is the best and has yet to disappoint.
Didn’t tell me anything about canceling my order TILL THE NIGHT OF. 0 communication, no one answers their phones. NEVER ordering from here again ruined a special day
It just so happened that I've had the opportunity to be part of the vendor team with Mechelle three times this March and April. Everything she created was gorgeous, and her communication with me was kind, professional, and helpful. All of the arrangements and bouquets were just as beautiful at the end of the day as they were in the morning- which is no easy task on warm and windy days! Her work speaks for itself!
