Good florist This is a pretty good florist - decent prices for what you get. Their delivery service is also pretty good - usally prompt and very friendly. I took my daughter here to get a boutinaire for her prom date. The woman who help us was very patient and showed my daughter the different kinds that she could order. She even went above and beyond by going over with my daughter how she should pin the flower to her date without hurting him or having to try more than once.
Great Flowers at a Great Price This is a terrific florist located on Route 112 in Medford. They make very nice arrangements and charge reasonable prices. The staff is very quiet and not too friendly, but they will make you nice arrangements regardless. They are located at the end of a small line of stores north on 112 on the eastern side. There is plenty of parking all the time, and they are hardly ever busy. It's a well-kept secret that you should definitely try. PROS: nice arrangements, reasonable prices CONS: quiet staff
Love this place Whenever I need to buy flowers, this is the place I go. They have such a huge selection, and the people who work there are very nice, and really know what they are talking about. I highly recommend giving them a chance. Their flowers are very beautiful, whereever they import them from really takes care to make sure they get there in great shape.
Bad Customer Service I ordered an arrangement of flowers from Teleflora and Sweet Pea delivered it the day before my mom's birthday (even though the delivery date was specified on the order) and they were the wrong flowers (and half dead). When I called to have the problem resolved Sweet Pea came to my mom's office and just took the arrangment and refused to deliver another one. So not only was she embarassed, but her birthday was not as great as it should have been!
