We used Sweet Pea for our small wedding and we absolutely loved it!!!! The flowers were exactly what I had asked for and they were so incredibly flexible with us! With all the stress of the wedding I was unable to get the ribbon and peacock feathers to them in advance like I was supposed to. They let me drop off the feathers the day before the wedding, and the owner of the store went out to the craft store herself to get my ribbon. Best customer service! This is the second time I received flowers from this store and the second time I have to complain. The arrangement is very poor, lots of woody sticks with some kind of greenery trying to bloom, flowers drooping and turning brown. Six roses and only one would be considered pretty (the other 5 are way past their prime and are already open and are turning brown and drooping. First time I have ever had flowers delivered from my children. The flowers were beautiful and my daughter stated that the bouquet was better than the one ordered. Over a week later and the bouquet is still beautiful, speaks wonders for the quality and freshness!! Flowers from my spouse from other florists show wear after 2-3 days!! Delivery was first thing in the am even though no extra early delivery fee was ordered. Very, very impressive!! Will call direct and order when we need flowers!! Thank you!!
I am so glad that Parker finally has a quality florist that does unique and creative designs instead of the same cookie cutter design. Peggy and her staff have gone out of there way to always make an impression everytime we go in or order an arrangement. I can always count on finding a unique gift for every occassion here as well.
