Terrible service. They didn’t even take my order. I was the only person in line, and no one acknowledged me. After about four minutes of waiting, another customer came in to complain about her coffee. Only then did the employee at the counter tell us she was new and that the person making the crepes had come from another location to help. She didn’t offer to remake the other customer’s coffee. Such a beautiful cafe, we stopped here twice to meet friends, unfortunately both times they could not get the quality service or food. Server that brought our food had ear buds in, when we asked for maple syrup he took out a bud and asked what we said. Do not eat here if you are GF, horrible crepe, should be taken off the menu, they gave us a full refund no apology. Seems like every time I've gone here its slowly getting worse and worse.apathetic staff when we just asked a simple question, not enough staff to keep up with rushes leading to alot of people standing waiting for tables. Bucks too cause the food isn't bad. My only actual food issue was the coffee being far too hot
I always love the food here. However, every time I go, they seem to be out of the one thing that I want. I do have to recommend the Nutella Crepe! Absolutely delicious 🤗
