I can't recommend Steph and Karly at Sweet Paper enough for your wedding invitations/day of stationary. The entire process was such a joy because of who they are! They both have a gift of bringing visions to life. I came into the process having lots of different ideas and Steph was able to make my dreams a reality. Our invitations set the tone for our wedding and the day of stationary pulled our colors and vibe together perfectly. Multiple mistakes on my simple revised Summer 2026 Event Flyer by the Owner herself, Karly. She also tried 2-3 times to “up-sell” my tiny project to DOUBLE - TRIPLE the project price by saying my already provided event logo could use some “cleanup” for $$ & she could “rush” the simple print job by a few days for more $$$, both NOT wanted or needed or requested by me. As many other reviewers here & on Y share, Owner Karly is THE problem here, she is very very evil, mean-spirited & difficult. Never again. Avoid.
Sweet Paper is one of my favorite shops in La Jolla! I never walk out empty-handed. They have the best selection of unique gifts, beautiful stationery, and the funniest greeting cards—you'll find yourself laughing out loud while browsing. Whether you need a birthday gift, hostess gift, or just want to treat yourself, this is the place. Such a fun shop with something new to discover every time I visit!
