Had breakfast today with 3 others. Their new guidelines for service-$15 and no tip- is seriously in need of help. The staff has no name tags. 8 different people are at the table. We were told our order was in the window and coming to table. 10 minutes later food served cold. Seating was not COVID-19 sensitive. And a staff member told us b/c there are high top booths they need to stagger tables. Restaurant was 100% maximum occupancy plus people waiting in line. The restaurant has potential.
This place is terrific with wonderful food, staff and a warm positive atmosphere.
Mashed potatoes are great, grilled chicken tastes like RUBBER
We recently had a rehearsal dinner there, and found the food, atmosphere, and service top notch. Our congratulations to the manager, Brent Williams for his great attention to detail and for his and his staff's cordial and friendly set-up and reception at the restaurant itself. Tom McCarthy
3 Bad Dishs in One Visit On September 18th at 11:30 AM I took my parents from out of town to Sweet n Savory Cafe. My mother wanted soup, which started out bad because she is allergic onions and every soup they serve has onions. So she ordered the Ultimate Grilled Cheese and they forgot to put the cheese on, we sent it back and they got it redone and it came back with very little cheese. Some would like it. A lot of people love this place. I think it is nice price is average for fresh items served. Seems to be trying to hard to be unique with the menu. Sometimes it is enough just to have a well prepared meal. An example is the mac and cheese with the extra ingredients.
GPa Daily specials are great. Prices always reasonable but you cannot find a better chicken sandwich at any price. We're locals and regulars most Tuesday nights. Nice outside seating area and service is always good.
Great Breakfast! I have only eaten here for Breakfast, but it was very good. The food is plentiful and fresh. As you walk in, you are forced past the bakery displaying tons of pastries and other yummy treats. Even with the parking lot full, we were seated quickly. Our order was taken quickly and the food brought out just as quick. Very varies menu as well. Good choices for vegetarians too!
true to it's name Sweet & Savory Bake shop and cafe is true to it's name - sweet and savory items to be eaten here. They make wonderful breads, cakes, cookies and pies. They also serve up some great sandwiches on their freshly baked bread and rolls. The pricing is very affordable, too.
