Fancy looking plates but unfortunately not tasting good. Tried 4: souflegg skillet, omlete, benedict, and a signature dish. All disappointing.
Obstructive Deliveries, Unhelpful Staff, and an Unpleasant Back-of-House Environment I had an extremely unpleasant experience outside this restaurant involving a Sysco food delivery and the complete lack of assistance from restaurant staff. A large Sysco semi-truck was making a delivery at the back of the restaurant. The truck's hydraulic liftgate was lowered into the roadway while the driver unloaded a large pallet of food, physically preventing me from backing my vehicle out. Why are the ratings here so high? Perhaps the staff used to be excellent in the past. While the food wasn't bad, the service certainly didn't live up to the high rating. Before I had even finished my meal, a staff member placed the bill on the table without asking, and another immediately came over to process the payment. It seemed their priority was rushing through tasks rather than ensuring a pleasant dining experience for the customer.
