Awesome Bakery in Wake Forest – I love Sweet Loralee's pies. My family travels back to Pittsburgh for Thanksgiving and Christmas and my contribution is always a couple of pies from Sweet Loralee Pastries. Now that they have had the pleasure of tasting their delicious pies I get phone calls and e-mail reminders to make sure I don't forget to bring the pies.
best pastry I've tasted so far – no artificial ingredients. Taste tells. Nice man, very cooperative
Dynamite biscoti and other desserts – Whenever we have a special occasion or big gathering, we get our pastries from Sweet Loralee. We're never disappointed with the quality or presentation of what we get. Even the fruit and dripped chocolate are fresh and scrumptious to see and eat.
Fab Cakes – My favorite cakes are the walnut torte, and the double chocolate mousse cake. My mom always orders these for special occasions. Whenever we go there we are met with a smile by the owner who always seems to bend over backwards to please us. Highly recommended if you havn't tried it yet ...worth the calories.
Aware of Dietary Concerns – Several of my friends have health concerns including gluten intolerance and pre-diabetes. Sweet Loralee Pastries makes dessert treats that taste FABULOUS and can be enjoyed safely by everyone: like the dark chocolate-covered strawberries or the gluten-free chocolate cake. I'm all for a bakery that cares about the health of its customers and only uses all-natural ingredients.
Great place for bake goods – Sweet Loralee Pastries is the best place in the trangle for baked goods and their service is exceptional. All of the baked goods that I have bought at Sweet Loralee Pastries over the years have been fabulous. INCOMPETENT – We contracted this company to provide pastries for our coffee station at the wedding reception and to provide deserts specifically for our home for the after party for family. On the morning of the wedding the owner delivered two pies to the home and three trays of pastries to the wrong location. In addition the chocolate covered strawberries which were instructed to be delivered to the home were instead spread among the passtires for the coffee station.
