Every desert or quiche I have ever got had been indescribably delicious. Never thought desert could be as subtle as a master chef’s dinner creation. Never disgustedly sweet, never too much butter. Instead everything comes together and complements the other ingredients. And all the creations are so different in texture, taste, and flavors. I am so grateful that this master French baker is here every week at Fearrington Farmers Market.
