Stopped in for a bouquet and I was in a hurry. They had plenty to pick from but I had the gal make me a custom bouquet. It was gorgeous! Such a fun store that has beautiful flowers, plants, clothing, and so many gift items. Cute place.
Website description and what was received did not match. Felt the price of the aesthetics would have matched what was delivered but it did not. When reached out they simply just said well it had three plants so what more do you have questions about. Not impressed with what has purchased. They did deliver next day so that was about the only plus but they do upcharge for that service as well.
I placed an order over the phone. The gal I talked to was very friendly and helpful. The arrangement was perfect for my mom and delivered very promptly. I will definitely use this shop again. Thank you for putting a smile on my moms face. Just used Sweet Lily’s again. Amy knocked it out of the park. So beautiful and so professional. Thank you! 1-25-24
