Wayne has been a save in grace in the home buying process. He has literally went above and beyond with our first home purchase as millennials. Wayne was absolutely God sent!!! We had so many weird things happen with our home purchase and he was like a bulldog fighting for us to make it right. Even after the sale was done, we still had tons of questions and needed help as first time homebuyers. Wayne was there to answer all of our questions and give us ideas on what we needed to do when we found mold that the home inspector didn't report.
