This “business” is comical. I ended up having to sue Ashlee and her “business”. Here’s the tea: I bought a package that included maternity, newborn, 6mo & 12mo photos when I was about 5-6mo pregnant. Our maternity photos were pushed back until I was about to be induced. This wasn’t a huge deal, I understand emergencies. But then our newborn photos were the same way. Ashlee was very unprofessional and nonexistent in our communication. We hired her for our newborn photos in June 2021. Not only were we disappointed with the lack of creativity in settings, poses and props (all of her photos are the same), but she also came in and aggressively handled our newborn (no masks or hand washing involved). As a new mom, during Covid, it was super uncomfortable and upsetting. She does not respond to emails, she pushes back appointments and delivery dates constantly. Would not recommend, unless you like being cancelled on multiple times, going to a "great location" of mowed grass and weeds, waiting 5 weeks for your photos (2-3 in contract), and finding out you have to spend $350 just to use your $100 "credit" on the online store.
