Since it was my first time today i didnt like it .i didnt even get the person i had booked with also i didnt get the warm welcome.Does not matter the hair is short or long waxing does bother .i didnt even get an explanation of what i booked .The prices are too high for someone to not feeling satisfied .how i wish i never booked with them

I booked in with JAYJAY, for my waxing appointment. I previously visited the applecross store but my lady was on leave (very happy with her also , I can also reccomended applecross).. But I can assure you the level of professionalism, efficiency and comfort jay jay gave me was the same as the level of service I received at applecross. 10/10 for everything. Worth every penny you spend , I see it as an investment for the level of result and accommodation i received. I will return again as it is now local to my work.

I tried Sweet Lab for the first time in October and sugaring has become my favourite thing to do when it comes to hair removal. She was so professional and i felt comfortable in the space. She didn't see judgemental as it was my first time that was one of my concerns. She even went to the extent of pulling out the ingrown hairs. Overall my experience with Sweet Lab was amazing!! Thank you Jay Jay!

Just had my first ever sugaring, full legs done by Saule. I felt really safe with her and she did a great job. I'm definitely coming again.
