The tour I took with Ivy Hoover who is the property manager was great .Ivy took her time to give an informative tour She is both friendly and professional. After the tour I knew I had found the perfect senior community for my mom! Thank you I've for making the application process easy!
Terrible!!!
I presently live here. It is advertised as a non smoking facility. It is NOT non smoking. Tenants upstairs smoke and then lie to management about it. Which they accept as gospel. Meanwhile I Suffer. Threatened with legal action if I break my lease by district manager. It's an absolute disgrace how they treat a disabled veteran.
I have lived here for 3 years and have seen managers come and go but Ivy Is by far the best manager. She is always available and takes care of requests quickly. She is very professional. I like my apartment and the fact that all utilities are included.
