Nothing better than a rental company denying you the right to rent because my mother is disabled and needs live in care we can not rent from them i'm 31 and a mechanic i would not be staying with them if my mother didn't need help. How can a company NOT say anything about renting to people with adult children on ANY of their online rental postings EVEN on their website but when you call he gives you some stupid excuse. I call 2 days and was rude told me that my adult son and I couldnt rent because werent a family dude its 2022 it was single family and farther more my son has a disability and he said he doesn't care and as far as I'm concerned my son and I are family no matter what. don't write a comment because you don't know me .

We, husband, wife and 25 year old son,, are currently looking for a place to rent. My husband called sweet home and Pensacola spoke with Paul, who apparently has better things to do, as he rushed my husband off the phone stating "We don't rent to people like that", calling it a Shared living situations, and directly discontinued the call. One star is too many for these thieves. They bully tenets. **** is rude and unprofessional. I'm honestly surprised the BBB has not shut down these alum lords. They are laundering money with the dozens of LLCs that they have. They break fair housing laws. Someone needs to investigate ****, ***** and sweet home Pensacola.

Unfortunately, we have tenants that pay rent on time for multiple years but when they leave without notice before their current lease ends this causes break lease fees, forfeiture of security deposit and damages due to the house not being left in the condition it was received in. All of these items are listed clearly in our written lease that the tenant is required to sign. We welcome any investigation into our business practices.

The landlord refused to give our mortgage lender verification of 12 months rent paid on time (thank god for copies of the checks from our bank) he said he was afraid we would run out on our lease(5 months before our lease was over, we all know it takes 90+ days to find and close on a house) after being there for THREE YEARS paying rent on time all but 1 time at the very beginning. I am very sorry the tenant feels the way he does. We value all of our tenants and strive to respond to all of their needs. We cannot provide accurate information to a lender when a tenant is in the middle of a lease and there was never a statement made that we were afraid he would run out on his lease. Absolutely AWFUL experience trying to rent from this place! The property manager was rude and judgmental, absolutely didn't want to hear anything I had to say, and I'm so glad I was able to get out of having to live in one of their properties before it was too late. DO NOT bother with this company, they are horrible and have no customer service skills whatsoever.

Miss ******* made application to rent a home with us. She was approved and placed a deposit to hold the property. Over the following days she became increasingly difficult to deal with so we voluntarily refunded her security deposit.
