We had an inspection done in July 2021 with a good report of our roof done by Sweet Home Inspections. We have a metal roof and it needed a contractor to sign off on an insurance form so we could get a discount. When the contractor saw our roof, he had many concerns. The flashing was missing in some parts and there was rust. This is all easily seen from our bedroom window. This would have changed the way we negotiated repairs had we known. Very thorough and reasonably priced, they definitely went the extra mile to make sure the home was good.
A+++ from start to finish. I've used a lot of home inspectors over the years. Sweet Home Inspections was by far the best one so far. From scheduling online, payment, the inspection process...it was all easy. James was very thorough and explained everything he found to me. He knew his stuff and caught things I would have never saw. He had the report to me the next day and it was extensive with many photos. I plan to use Sweet Home Inspections again and will be referring them to all my friends and family. Awesome job.
This process is nothing less than exhausting and stressful. Our inspection was timely and our service was above par. Professional when needed, light and reassuring when needed.
