Extremely disappointed in this home inspector—several major red flags I feel obligated to share: - Called a drain clogged without even pouring water down it. (Why hire someone who won’t do the basics? We had an inspection done in July 2021 with a good report of our roof done by Sweet Home Inspections. We have a metal roof and it needed a contractor to sign off on an insurance form so we could get a discount. When the contractor saw our roof, he had many concerns. The flashing was missing in some parts and there was rust. This is all easily seen from our bedroom window. This would have changed the way we negotiated repairs had we known.
