My mom had a aide from here it was her first day I guess she had no clue what she was doing. I was told she had 4 years experience. My mom has vascular dementia Alzheimer’s she cannot be left alone the aid left her alone three different times. The aid was too busy on her phone and not concentrating on my mom. The facility itself the people are very nice that I’ve talked to but the aid that my mom had was just uncalled for. I felt like I was training her to do her so-called four years experience job.
