I recently moved to the area and this practice was able to get me in quicker than anywhere else I could fine. Additionally the staff was accommodating and friendly when I missed my first appointment. Dr. Snyder and staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. They have been really great and haven’t required unnecessary appointments for things that can be discussed over the phone which has been refreshing. Highly recommend.
Dr. Usen is a phenomenal professional. I followed him from his first location in Lockport, to Niagara Falls Boulevard, then Sweethome Road. He always treats patients with respect and dignity. The wait time is never bad, and others in the office are always polite and professional.
