I was fortunate to have a friend recommend Leanne as a real estate agent. From the time we listed our home, she was on top of things. She marketed it well and notified me of any activity. She helped me follow up on items I needed to get done before closing. If I had any questions or concerns, she responded in a timey manner. Would I hire her again- Absolutely! Heather is the best realtor I have used in 40 years of buying and selling properties. She covers all possibilities and details that some realtors overlook. She arranged a showing on a holiday as I was coming from out of the area. She helped me to secure financing and a perc test on a lot to plan for a septic system. I strongly recommend Heather if you are looking for real estate in the Weiss Lake region of northeast Alabama.
