I tried to schedule a showing for a property in centre, and the agent listed, Leanne Laney, did not have any information about the property in question. I did not want to immediately sign the RECAD over digital, so she sort of washed her hands of me, made new scheduling for other potential clients, and tried sending me to another agent who also had showings. This was unprofessional. I looked it up, I’m not required to sign the RECAD at all to still do a showing, it’s just required that they inform me of it.

Leanne is so amazing!! She helped us buy our first marital home and later sell it. She was helpful and informative throughout the whole process. She was prompt with sending over all necessary documents and information. We would definitely use her again if we ever need to buy or sell again!!
