Sweet Hello Bridal is an amazing place to get a tux/suit for any occasion. Katie made the process simple, quick and she went the extra mile, and everything was perfect. She also does great with brides, helping them find the perfect dress for their special day. Highly recommend making your appointment as soon as possible, you will not need to go anywhere else! I had a good experience with the service here. I rented a suit for my graduation, it fit perfectly, the quality is pretty good and the staff is very friendly.
I don't give many 5 star reviews because there is usually room for a decent amount of improvement. Here, however, I can't say that. The owner Katie opened in 2020 but it feels like she has been doing this for 40 years. Friendly, honest and full of smiles and happy thoughts. She not only made me and my Wife feel at ease, but also my 18 year old son. It wasn't just us as she had other customers and we saw the same attitude. Katie is the absolute sweetest genuine person I've met recently. Took my son in there and she made him feel so comfortable and important that he actually enjoyed getting dressed up. We are both looking forward to our next visit this week.
