I didn't know what I wanted for my wedding dress, but Katie was so kind and patient with me and my family. She went above and beyond to make us feel respected, comfortable, and beautiful. Katie reached out again when she heard of a death in the family and even offered to help in any way she could! 5 stars, a million times over again! Katie is amazing! I purchased my dress from her almost 3 years ago. We had a longer than expected engagement and I brought my husband back to rent his suit from her. She was so excited to see us again. Katie was so kind when my friend and I walked in. We had tried to call but had not received any feedback and decided to stop by to ask a few quick questions. Katie was fully booked for the day and working hard, so we asked if there was any way she could squeeze us in. Katie herself helped my reserved son pick out a perfect tuxedo for his senior prom! In her very busy season, she took the time to make sure he knew his options, and made the perfect pick for him!! She even threw in a little extra fun! If I could give her 10/5 stars, she earned it!! Don’t hesitate, go sweet hello!!!
From the beginning of communication, to fitting, pick up and drop off Katie made my son feel comfortable all while hyping him up for his first prom! She made everything so easy, and my son felt/looked so good in his tux. Anyone looking for prom, formal or bridal attire I 💯 recommend Sweet hello bridal! We'll be back again next year.
