Great experience for my first PROFESSIONAL wax. CHAYA WAS GREAT!! I got a brazilian with hard wax and have zero regrets! I was used to sugaring but am glad I chose to get hard wax. She was very informative about after care, considerate of me being hot and nervous with the fan and kind. 10/10 recommend.
Elise was my waxer! I got a Brazilian wax with underarms . She was excellent with her application . Great customer service . Highly recommend .
Today was my first and last tome coming to this establishment. While I appreciate how thorough she was with my hairs, Leonna was extremely rough! She clearly needs a day off or was having a bad day. She went over the same places way too many times, didn’t make sure I was okay and wasn’t welcoming at all.
