Terrible customer service. I simply called in to give them a home health referral and was very rudely dismissed by the office staff. I do not recommend getting care from these people because their culture is severely lacking in civility.
The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. The staff is helpful and handles matters in a timely manner. Staff also consists of great trustworthy aides to assist your loved ones.
