The Original Basque Cheesecake is a 10/10 MUST-TRY. It’s around $20 and a bit smaller, but the texture is unbeatable, perfectly balanced between light and rich. Reminded me so much of Zanze’s Cheesecake in SF. I brought mine back home to the Bay Area and paired it with milk, which was incredible (it would also be amazing with black coffee or tea).
