I live at Sweet Galilee for a year it’s got its ups and downs the new policy on how we pay rent basically, for their convenience has cut out debit card paying rent go to using your bank account inconvenient for a lot of us and them don’t understand so they need to go back to where we pay rent with debit card, to get around that I started paying online will guess what management had that shut off so it’s back giving our banking acct. numbers and as a. residence we don’t like it!!
I had been calling up there for weeks to talk to someone just to get put on hold then sent to voicemail… i had to go up there and talk to them and they were rude rolling eyes getting smart…. And it shouldn’t have been that big of a deal to just tell me the information over the phone the first time i called it shouldn’t have taken a month… and they attitude is horrible…… i use to work there do you know over the last year or 2 how many residents i seen that has begged me to come back??? Very friendly staff. Beautiful community! Income based for those older adult who are looking for a place to call home! Jim works wonders in the kitchen!
Mercedes is extremely rude and has an attitude problem. Someone else should be dealing with the people. Being tho how she looked, I’m not surprised. The ED, Verna claims to be for US but in all reality it’s just a front to try to win us over but she’s typical. Thats why she has no staff. Knew her from previous buildings she’s worked in. No one wants to work for her or hates working for her. She’ll be gone soon.
it's really someone wants to get in here in this assisted living I am 59 years old and I cannot even find a place live off of social security
