I asked about entering my phone number to get the rewards points and the cashier was very rude. she didn't great anyone coming in or out. This will be my last time coming in.
I went in ask for change for parking. "ain't got no change". ok I'm a paying customer I will get my yogart. She knows I come in. Hopefully I can get my cup to get change before a ticket. Now it's streesfull and it should not 9ne a stressful experince.I told her hey there's other shops. She (mngr) wipes my points off. I spend 13.00 per visit and never accumulate any points. This was the second time I came with my family very rude customer service the place is very dirty looked like the floor hasn’t been mopped in days there was yogurt all over the floor the all the tables and chairs were dirty and sticky I will not be returning and I will make sure I tell all my friends and family as well I took pictures of how disgusting this place was
I love the variety of flavors and the big assortment of toppings. My girls love the happy atmosphere and great customer service.
Awesome N.Y cheese cake and a lot of their yougurt is low fat or fat free which makes it wayyyyy easier on my conscious to add more toppings lol....wish they had almonds but the fact that they didnt doesnt at all affect my new love for their froyo!
