Would have been nice to try however, simple necessary items “spoons” not available! How do you run out of spoons?! Could not tell who was staff until random girl sitting at table tells us they are out and someone running to get more spoons from store. Unprofessional service! Loosing a lot of business.

The yogurt, delicious! The service, TERRIBLE!! We will not be back. The young people working up front were rude. My business returns to TCBY.
The ice cream is good. But the employee Kristin has a very stank and condescending attitude. I inquired about the Veterans Day discount and she proceeded to ask me about a coupon. It was ok, as I was willing to pay anyway, but her attitude and the way that she responded to my questions was very bad customer service.
