Attempted to come to your establishment today at 1:17pm. The sign on the door said you opened at 1:00pm. I knocked and the employee came to the door and said they don't open until 2:00pm. Maybe you should correct and decide what time you really open to patrons. Glad Coldstone opens when they say they do. It was delicious!

So I got my boys gift cards for Christmas and I have been there twice to use them and 1st time wasn't a great experience but the 2nd time made up for it. Not only was the young lady very thorough in explaining why I couldn't use them but she also gave us a free cup on the house b/c it was my son's b day and that's where he wanted to go for his treat !!
