Food is great, atmosphere is fun... Only reason I gave it three stars is because everyone working there always looks so miserable and is kind of rude/has a "I'm too good to smile at you" attitude. We will be back, though because we love the place!
Disappointed. Cashier was Rude both kingsport locations are much better.

Sweet Frog Johnson City is consistently outstanding in its product, service, and cleanliness. My family loves to frequent this store and have tasty yogurt goodness! Highly recommended!

Was a great place for dessert... But they are now too cheap to buy the (good) ingredients. The Bristol store is better.
