Love this place! The yogurt is great and the customer service was awesome!
This is the best place! All of the employees are polite and they always say "Welcome to Sweet Frog" when you walk in and "Have a great day" when you leave. The toppings are always stocked, there are never any empty machines, and the place is spotless. We go there often and use their text message coupons.

Great way to spend time with my son on our Mommy and Son date that afternoon. It was awesome!
The service was great being my first visit. The yogurt and the topics was on point, so many topics to choose from.

Bummed, kids and I looked forward to this and almost all of the toppings we got were super stale!!! Swedish fish are not supposed to be rock hard, and for the same reason wouldn't let my kids eat the almonds bc I was worried it would hurt their teeth.. I previously bought gift cards- I'm disappointed

Our apologies that you were not completely delighted in your visit. We pride ourselves in providing the creamiest yogurt and freshest toppings. Staff removed the Swedish fish from the bar as soon as you posted this, though we would have appreciated the opportunity to do this while you were in store. We checked other toppings, but as all fruit is cut fresh everyday, and cookie/cracker items are taste tested every shift, we couldn't t find any other problem items , and your post was vague.
