I had such a wonderful experience at Sweet Frog! The gentleman who helped me was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He had such a positive attitude and provided truly 5-star customer service. He made me feel valued as a customer and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. We go to SF…a lot… too much…haha. We’ve been to the Concord Mills location, the Afton Ridge location and the Kannapolis one. We love the Kannapolis location the most, they have the most variety to appeal to many different people. I have to have the staff is polite at all the locations, but there’s something about the Kannapolis store that really has us coming back to that location even when it’s out of the way at times.
