My son and I stopped in for a sweet treat last night and he accidentally knocked my cup of yogurt into the floor after we cleaned up the mess I went to pay for another cup and the owner / manager wouldn’t let me pay for another . The customer service was exceptional. Thank you again!
it is a great place to go
It was good but the customer service wasn’t great we walked in and no one was up front to help and answer questions. I was wanting about 10 minuets before I even saw anyone come to the front or greet us I will be going to the Yorktown location from now on I asked for sample cups and I had my 3 kids with me and she only gave us 4 little sample cups total and there were many more we didn’t get to try. Never seen a store so greedy with sampling yogurt
Always love this location, and though the Yorktown one is closer, I always make sure I visit this one, particularly because of your amazing customer service and experience provided, lovely atmosphere, and VERY clean! Tonight I had the peanut butter and chocolate yogurt and made myself the most delicious brownie Sunday! Keep up the great work! Looking forward to visiting again!
