Going to get some Sweet Frog frozen yoghurt was always something special but going there today was depressing. Half of the machines didn't work( only a watery goop came out) they were dirty and yoghurt all over. if it was just me I would've left but my kids really wanted to stay. We couldn't find a clean seat or table, there was only one napkin holder filled. And there was no music on. Just depressing.
My children love sweet frog and we go pretty frequently. However, this location has continued to go down hill in service and quality. This past Saturday I took my nephew and two sons to this location and spent $30 on ice creams and had the pleasure of having the employee be on her phone the entire time we were in the store. She never once greeted anyone that walked into the store and didn’t even put her phone down to check out customers. I’m not going back!

Yogurt is always good but very unkept and the person working talked on the phone the entire time while everyone was there.
Brittany was a wonderful and delightful employee. Every time I come in she is always nice and pleasant. Sweet Frog should be lucky to have an employee like her. Keep up the good work Brittany
I signed up for text messages to get deals from Sweet Frog, the first time I go to redeem the deal the dude at the cash register told me that he had no way to redeem it and was completely unhelpful as to how I could. Thanks for asking me to sign up for deals I can never use, Sweet Frog �
