I came in based on good reviews to have a ring resized. There was only a day or two before I needed it, this had to be a fast job so I was worried. Also the ring was sentimental and the people I worked with needed to be trustworthy. When I dropped the ring off I had a very friendly interaction with the staff there. They must be family because that's the type of love they display for their business and their customers.
