We have been in the Plaza West Covina Mall since 2004, and recently moved to a bigger location within the mall in 2010. Our new beautiful store is twice the size for more goodies for you. Meet the Business Owner Raie S. Business Owner I have owned and operated a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory since 2001. I love this brand, the products and all the franchiees behind it. We are a family owned business with loving and caring employees.

Love this place and the customer service is awesome
Great store. Great selection. Their apples are the best. Fresher than any other store. They have so much sugar free chocolates. I haven't seen this much variety in any other Rocky Mountain. I will drive from Burbank to West Covina for them. The owner is funny and helpful. You can tell she loves her store and it shows.
Dont ever buy a gift certificate from here, they make you use the full amount. Even if you don't want to.
Love this store. So much to choose from including delicious Candied Apples drizzled with all sorts of deliciousness.
