We have been in the Plaza West Covina Mall since 2004, and recently moved to a bigger location within the mall in 2010. Our new beautiful store is twice the size for more goodies for you. Meet the Business Owner Raie S. Business Owner I have owned and operated a Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory since 2001. I love this brand, the products and all the franchiees behind it. We are a family owned business with loving and caring employees.

There’s one inside the New Orleans Hotel in Las Vegas, but this one is bigger. Love the Chocolate Covered Strawberries 🍓 and the different coded covered Candy 🍭 Apples 🍎🍏.

My friend and I went in to buy delicious caramel apples tonight. We laughed and joked with the staff. After we left my friend couldn't find her debit card. I called and spoke to Rachael. I asked if we left the card there. She looked around, but didn't see it. She checked the security footage and called me back to let me know exactly where my friend had put her card (in her purse, not her wallet). She stayed on the phone with us until we found it.
