Ordered flowers for my Mom for Mothers Day. I called around 3pm on the day they were supposed to be delivered and was laughed at when I asked if they would still be delivered that day. Called to place an order for flowers needed for Mother's Day. Very specific over the flowers that were needed and put the order in. The lady we spoke with had an attitude on the phone, and overall was not super friendly. The day we were supposed to pick the flowers up she called and said she forgot what type of flowers we had ordered due to not writing it down. The order never ended up getting placed, and the lady basically just laughed about it. Overall not a good experience.
They are a great place for all your floral needs. If you need everyday arrangents, special occasion arrangements or even wedding and funeral arrangements, they can really help you out.
Husband paid extra for my flowers and chocolate to be delivered to me before 12, they got delivered at 2. When he called and wanted a refund for them not being delivered when they were supposed to and they said they don't do refunds. If we pay for something extra i would like it to be done and if not i expect a refund. Very upset.
